The serger offers 2-3-4 Thread Stitch Capability, providing a wide range of options for seams, seam finishes, hems, and more. The Free Arm feature allows you to easily sew hard-to-reach areas, such as sleeves and cuffs. The Differential Feed prevents seams in knits from stretching and lightweight fabrics from puckering.

For a variety of hemming options, the SINGER® S14-78 serger offers Rolled Hems and Narrow Hems, with four different fine hemming choices to suit your needs. The Adjustable Tensions keep stitches balanced, yet adjustable for various serger sewing techniques. Additionally, the Adjustable Stitch Length feature allows you to set the stitch length as desired for your thread and sewing technique.

The Adjustable Lower Knife determines the cutting position, enabling you to set the stitch width as desired. The Movable Upper Knife trims excess seam allowance as you sew, and can be disengaged to sew without trimming.
